COVID-19 Updates

Recent updates related to COVID-19: 

ased on current guidelines provided by governments and health authorities, we are taking the following precautions to keep you safe:

  • We continue to limit in-person appointments and book all visits to allow distancing between clients.
  • We require our employees and visitors to wear masks during scheduled “pick ups” and “drop offs”.  Complimentary masks can be provided for those who do not have one.
  • We provide hand sanitizer for all visitors in our reception area.

 

Ways to submit your tax information and slips for processing:

By email:

  • Please submit scans of entire documents as high-resolution PDF attachments, or formats that are readable, printable and in original size.
  • Questions, comments and results will be communicated by phone or email.
  • Payment can be made by interac e-transfer or cheque.
  • Your copy of the Tax Return will be emailed to you in a PDF format.

 

By mail:

  • Please mail relevant documents through Canada Post (we accept and encourage photocopies).
  • Questions, comments and results will be communicated by phone or email.
  • When completed, your Income Tax Return and original documents will be available for pick-up, or mailed at an extra charge.
  • Payment can be made by interac e-transfer or cheque.

 

By drop-off:

  • ALL DROP-OFFS AND PICK-UPS ARE OFFERED AT A SCHEDULED TIME.
  • Please bring your relevant documents to our reception’s drop-off box.
  • Questions, comments and results will be communicated by phone or email.
  • Payment by interac e-transfer, cheque, debit card or cash.

 

*NEW CLIENTS:

Please provide copies of your last filed Income Tax Return and Notice of Assessment.  We will also ask you to fill out a personal information questionnaire and sign an authorization to access your CRA account.


 

Personal Income Tax payment deadline has been extended by CRA to September 30, 2020
